摘要：The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system forconverging a 5-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates
beyond a 4-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). Thepresent disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communicationtechnology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smartcity, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security andsafety services. An information format and apparatus used by a base station to make ascheduling decision when the base station allocates resources to a terminal in a mobilecommunication system are provided. Operations of a terminal to report a maximumtransmission power accurately to the base station in a scheduling process are alsoprovided. A method for calculating a maximum transmit power in a constant mannerregardless of a channel status is also provided.
