摘要：The invention relates to novel alkaline protease variants, which are derived fromnatural or modified subtilisin proteases. According to the enumeration of the subtilisinfrom Bacillus lentus, said variants have in relation to the previously known subtilisins thetwo amino acid positions 199l and 211G and at least one modification preferably afterpoint mutation, which contributes to the stabilisation of the molecule, having the aminoacids threonine in position 3 and/or isoleucine in position 4. The variant B. lentus; alkalineprotease S3T/V4I/V199I/L211G is examined as an example. In contrast to other proteasevariants, said variants are characterised by an improved contribution to the cleaningefficiency of detergents and cleaning agents. In addition to these enzymes, the inventionrelates to their use in diverse technical processes and in particular to detergents andcleaning agents containing said novel alkaline protease variants.
